Question 208: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of stabbing incidents in each of the prisons here for each year for the past 5 years; the number of legal proceedings taken in terms of assaults with a deadly weapon, grievous bodily harm and attempted murder in relation to such incidences in the past five years; the number of investigations into these matters ongoing at present; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
