Question 1679: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if, in January 2004, a temporary teacher would have been eligible for secondment in keeping with the Temporary Workers Act 2003; if so, the reason it was not sanctioned to a specific temporary teacher who was appointed as an ICT adviser in January 2004; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
