Question 1270: To ask the Minister for Transport his views on whether it is appropriate to make it an offence under the Road Traffic Act carrying a substantial disqualification penalty in addition to any criminal penalties to carry illegal drugs in a mechanically propelled vehicle; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
