Question 101: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the degree to which the regulatory system as transposed into Irish law delivers equality in terms of cost and quality of service in respect of mobile telephony here as compared with the services throughout the rest of the European Union; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
