Question 129: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the consideration that has been given to the application for leave to remain on the basis of family reunification in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15; when a decision will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person in question was the subject of a Family Reunification application which was refused in November 2004.

A request for a review was submitted in November 2004. Following a complete review of the case, the application was again refused in December 2004.

At present there is no Family Reunification application pending in respect of the above named.
