I propose to take Questions Nos. 207, 233 to 235, inclusive, together.
The Commissioners of Public Works carry out refurbishment projects at the behest of the Garda Authorities and the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform. The Office of Public Works are currently working through a list of projects that have been prioritised by the Garda Authorities and the Department of Justice. Refurbishment works to these stations will proceed in accordance with their ratings on the priority list. However, with regard to Strokestown Garda station, the Office of Public Works propose to undertake some minor works to the building in 2007. These works are to include the provision of universal access features such as accessibility ramp, disabled persons toilets etc.; installation of new windows; and electrical re-wiring.
