I refer to the reply to Questions Nos. 129 and 154 of 4 October 2006.

My Department paid a total of €225,539 in 2005 to the Electricity Supply Board, €171,306 to Bord Gáis and €11,230 to Hughes O'Boyle (oil suppliers), for the supply of energy in 2005 in respect of our main offices in Dublin, Ballina and Shannon.

Question 435: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the quantity, cost and suppliers of water, both tap and bottled, acquired by his Department for its own use in the last year for which figures are available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department paid a total of €41,167 in 2005 for the supply of water from local authorities and from various companies including, Ballygowan Water Cooler Division, Tipperary Mineral Water Ltd. and All Water Systems Ltd. Some of theses costs related to rental, maintenance, service and sanitation of water coolers.
