Question 275: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the reason a vaccine damage compensation scheme has not been introduced by her Department in view of the fact that there was a commitment that this issue would receive priority in her Department's 2006 business plan and that matters relating to this compensation scheme go back as far as November 1997; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
