The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. My Office has received various correspondence from this individual and has been in regular contact with HSE in this regard. All the correspondence has been forwarded to the HSE who has been requested to investigate the matter.
