Question 201: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the holiday visa granted to a person (details supplied) can be altered to enable them to travel to Ireland on 1 January 2007 rather than on 24 November 2006; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person in question is advised to submit a fresh visa application setting out the new travel dates. If necessary the current visa will be 'cancelled without prejudice' and a new visa issued. In exceptional circumstances the administration fee may be waived.
