Question 237: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position of proposals for the refurbishment of houses (details supplied) in County Kildare; his views on permitting the local authority to carry out the refurbishment on their own housing sector in view of the fact that the overall project is being delayed due to problems that do not effect the councils tenants; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
