The current scale of fees in relation to applications for integrated pollution prevention and control licences, including applications in respect of intensive poultry rearing operations, is prescribed under the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1996. There is no proposal to reduce the prescribed fees.
