It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to a vessel, which was involved in an incident in December 2005 in Galway. Following this incident the ship was inspected by Port State Control Officers from this Department and the report of the inspection is published on the website of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control: www.parismou.org.
