Question 120: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he will ensure that the universal service obligation in the postal sector is upheld in view of the recent report from ComReg that indicated that 73% of standard items were delivered the next working day by An Post, which is a 1% decline since the previous quarter and a 5% decrease during the same period in 2005; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
