Question 62: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the reason he did not ensure that his ministerial car was an alternative eco-friendly model; if he is encouraging his Ministerial colleagues to switch to greener alternatives in their choice of official vehicle; if he has examined international examples of the conversion of all State and local government vehicles to cleaner alternatives; his views on introducing similar measures here in conjunction with the Minister for Transport and the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
