Question 345: To ask the Minister for Health and Children, further to Exchequer returns showing end of year returns will be approximately €2.5 billion more than expected, the percentage of this surplus she expects to be spent on capital spending in the health services. [31982/06]

The funding provided for the health capital programme this year is set out in the Revised Estimates for the Public Service 2006. It is not envisaged that any additional capital funding will be provided this year.
