Question 251: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made on an application to his Department by a person (details supplied) for a change of name licence which was submitted approximately one year ago; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This application was received in my Department in November 2005. The Department subsequently requested clarification of details of the application from the person in question. Following an examination of the documentation submitted a decision has been made and the person concerned has been notified of same.
