Question 277: To ask the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a farmer can partially opt out of a forestry scheme if the farmer discovers that some of that land is required to make their farm enterprise viable. [30295/06]

Applications to remove land from forestry are examined on a case-by-case basis by the Forest Service of my Department, and are subject to the conditions of the existing schemes and legislation.
