The Ennis Clarecastle Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2005-2007 as a scheme to commence construction in 2007. I approved Clare County Council's Preliminary Report last week and the Council may now proceed with the preparation of contract documents for the scheme.
