Arboriculture and horticulture are regulated at both EU and national level. The legislation covers propagating and planting material, forest reproductive material, plant health, plant protection products, marketing standards, producer organisations, intervention arrangements, trade with third countries, potatoes and hygiene. A list of the legislation currently in force has been forwarded to the Deputy.
