The person concerned and her child made a claim for refugee status on 7 March 2003 which was refused on the 20 January 2004. She recently made an application for readmission to the asylum process under Section 17(7) of the Refugee Act, 1996 as amended. This application is currently being considered in my Department and a decision is expected to issue shortly.
