Question 803: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the number of positions in State bodies under the aegis of his Department which are affected by the increase in non-executive chairpersons' fees of State bodies recently sanctioned by the Government. [27801/06]

The increase in fees for non-executive chairpersons of State bodies approved by the Government on 20 June 2006 applies, with effect from 1 January 2006, to the chairpersons of eleven of the bodies which comes under the aegis of my Department.
