Question 233: To ask the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) has infilled part of Gulladoo Lake, County Leitrim; if he will confirm that the State own the lake up to the high water mark; the action he proposes to take to ensure that the position is rectified and that access to the middle lake is restored to the public in view of same; and if his attention has further been drawn to the fact that a similar question on this issue has been passed from the Minister of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to the Office of Public Works.
