The above named individual entered the State on a Holiday Working Visa. This person could be the subject of a work permit application and the normal requirements would apply. If successful this permit would only take effect from the date of expiry of the Holiday Working Visa. The issue as to whether she can remain in the State while making an application for a work permit is a matter for my colleague the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
