Question 312: To ask the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works has responsibility for the maintenance of streams adjoining the Mulcair and Bilboa Rivers at Cappamore, County Limerick; if so, if the weed which is blocking such a stream at Cappamore Village between the residents of persons (details supplied) will be cleared; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The stream in question was cleaned in August 2004. It is scheduled to be cleaned again this year, probably before the end of August.
