Further to the reply to Question No. 330 of 17 May the responses from Galway and Laois County Co are now available and are set out in the following table.

County Council How many housing estates do you anticipate will be taken in charge in your area this year? How many houses are affected? How many housing estates for which the life of the relevant planning permission expired more than 2 years ago in the county/city area have not yet been taken in charge? For how many of the estates referred to in Answer 2, did the relevant permission expire more than 7 years ago? Total number of housing estates for which the life of planning permission expired more than 2 years ago which have not been taken in charge? Total number of houses for which the life of planning permission expired more than 2 years ago which have not been taken in charge?
