Question 267: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources his views on including small wind turbines which are used for home water heating in the Sustainable Energy Ireland's greener homes grant programme in view of the fact that wind is one of our best renewable energy resources and that there are no issues about grid connection as small wind turbines are directly connected to a water heater; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
