As the Deputy will be aware, I have no Ministerial responsibility for the Courts Service. However, I would direct the Deputy's attention to the Irish language scheme which has been agreed between my Department and the Courts Service under section 11 of the Official Languages Act 2003 and which is available at www.coimisineir.ie.
