Question 317: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will issue an appropriate letter to persons (details supplied) in Dublin 5 confirming that permission has been granted to them to remain in the State, as confirmed to this Deputy in a reply to Parliamentary Question No. 501 of 15 November 2005, to enable them to obtain the appropriate stamp or visa; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
