Question 247: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will extend the residency offered to a person (details supplied) in County Dublin; if he will update the green card issued but now out of date so that they can return to work; if his attention has been drawn to the extenuating circumstances of this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A letter has recently issued to the legal representative of the person in question extending his permission to remain.

On receipt of the letter the person in question should present himself to the Garda National Immigration Bureau.
