Question 245: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, arising from his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 151 of 11 May 2006, his attention has been drawn to the situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo; if his attention has further been drawn to the concerns of the UN and various other bodies regarding the human rights situation there; if a person (details supplied) in County Dublin will be deported to their homeland given the situation there; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
