Question 441: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of people convicted and arrested for committing a crime while out on bail in Cork city and county for the years 2004 and 2005; and the breakdown of the types of crime committed. [19509/06]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information requested by the Deputy is not readily available. It would require a disproportionate expenditure of Garda time and resources to identify the number of individuals who while on bail commit offences in the manner sought by the Deputy.
