Question 208: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to an application for reunification in the case of persons (details supplied) whose original application was refused on the grounds of tampering with documentation which was later proven untrue; the status of the current application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person in question made an application for family reunification in respect of family members in December 2003. A decision has recently been made on this application and the person in question has been informed of same.
