Question 152: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when an application for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath which was sent to his Department sometime ago will be dealt with; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17744/06]

The person concerned was granted residency to remain in the State until 23 May 2007 as a dependent of his spouse. There is no record of any other application for permission to remain in the State from the person in question.
