Question 334: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason the Government has failed thus far to even consider ratifying Protocol 12 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms which it signed up to more than five years ago and which would potentially be of great benefit to a range of groups suffering discrimination here; if and when the Government intend to ratify the protocol; and if not, the reason for same.
