Question 122: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children further to previous parliamentary questions and the partial response from the Health Service Executive of 10 March 2006 if the Health Service Executive have reached a decision in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if a substantial increase in the subvention being paid will be approved as the family member cannot afford to pay what is presently being requested; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the parliamentary affairs division of the executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
