Question 127: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress which has been made in processing the application by a person (details supplied) in County Clare in applying for a residency certificate for their daughter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15808/06]

The application for residency in the State for the person in question is currently being processed. A request for further documentation has issued and on receipt of the required information a final decision will be made.
