Question 19: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action he will take to deal with the issues raised by certain State solicitors; the measures he will put in place to ensure that accused persons will face trial and that criminals are not set free unnecessarily; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
