Question 180: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if she will arrange for an outpatient clinic appointment to be scheduled for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if her attention has been drawn to the fact that they have been advised that they will have to wait three years before being scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, the Department has requested the parliamentary affairs division of the executive to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
