Question 324: To ask the Minister for Finance the state of negotiations with regard to the acquisition of a proposed site for a school (details supplied) in County Kildare; if his attention has been drawn to the dangerous location of the present school and the urgent need to take the necessary steps to expedite procedures with a view to early agreement on the proposed site and identification of a possible date for the earliest possible start-up date.
