Question 328: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action he has taken in response to previous correspondence and information submitted to him in the matter of persons (details supplied) in Dublin 20 who have been subjected to serious harassment and intimidation over a prolonged period; if he will ascertain the way in which a summons to appeal in court on 29 March 2006 on a charge unknown to the person was delivered between midnight on 2 April 2006 and 8 a.m. on 3 April 2006; if his attention has been drawn to the seriousness of the issue, and the need for immediate action; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
