Question 403: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the concerns of the family of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12; if his attention has further been drawn to reports that the family has been harassed by local gardaí; if he agrees with the family that there are a number of unanswered questions; and if he will order a new investigation to ascertain the facts of what happened to this person.
