Question 264: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the reason a GMS doctor has not been appointed and medical card restored in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in view of the fact that this issue was the subject matter of a previous parliamentary question; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Health Service Executive that the person who is the subject of the Deputy's question has been assigned to the patient panel of a general medical services scheme-contracted general practitioner and that the HSE advised the Deputy to this effect by letter on 13 March 2006.
