Question 83: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the way in which she intends putting the new home care packages into place; if the home care packages will result in an increase in whole time equivalent staff to allow for the increased home care packages, or if they will be introduced out of the existing human resources in each health area; the number of additional staff that are needed in each health area to introduce the proposed home care packages; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
