Question 134: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the number of inspections which were carried out in each of the past five years to assess compliance of employers with the provisions of the Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act 1996; and the number of prosecutions in each of those years for non-compliance with the provisions of this Act.
