Question 242: To ask the Minister for Defence the number of claims made by members of the Reserve Defence Forces each year since 2000 for injuries received in the course of training or duty as members of the Defence Forces; the number of these claims that were settled and the costs to the State in each respective year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
