Question 304: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of taxi drivers in each of the past five years who appealed against a decision of the Garda Síochána not to renew or accept their application on the basis that they were unfit to be a taxi driver; the number of these appeals that were successful; the number that failed, and the number pending. [7277/06]
