Question 155: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he will make a statement on the judgment by the EU Commission that the decision to use explosives for the laying of the pipeline across Broadhaven Bay was in contravention of Articles 12 and 16 of the habitats directive.
