Question 186: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of prosecutions which have been taken for the sale of alcohol to minors under the Intoxicating Liquor Acts in each of the years since the coming into force of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2000; and the breakdown by county, number of prosecutions, number of convictions, number of cases pending, number of cases dismissed or struck out, number of closure orders and number of closure orders under appeal.
