Question 165: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the land division solicitor at his Department dealing with land commission sales has completed the queries that have been raised in relation to vesting of lands for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in respect of which documents necessary for the registration were lodged in the Land Registry Office on 17 December 1999 have been dealt with and completed; the steps he will take to have this matter expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
